Went today to repair phone with crack screen. I was told no different on original screen and ordinary screen, the cost is more for original screen but the usage is the same so i opt for ordinary screen. Later when collection, i learn that i cant use finger print recognition for ordinary screen but the shop saying i mention using the phone but nothing mention about fingerprint recognition, i told him then he should not mislead and state there is no difference between original screen and ordinary screen and he is in this trade and should have state clearly what is the difference for layman like me. Information should be told to me and not for me to ask as i would not what to ask when i have not idea on the product and he is the seller and should be proactive to tell me.
